After a successful stint of serving authentic Italian cuisine in Bandra for several years, Mia Cucina is ready, yet again, to open its doors to public.
Celebrities like Aamir Khan, Ronit Roy, Ira Khan, Baba Siddique, Prahlad Kakar, Designer Narendra Kumar and Madhur Bhandarkar were seen enjoying the jazz music while indulging in delicious brunch.
Brainchild of Chef Sanjay Kotian and Annu Basab Paul, Mia Cucina which literally means ‘My Kitchen’, is an Italian Bistro offering a casual dining experience with fine quality food and excellent service. “I’m very happy to bring a Mia Cucina back to Bandra. We had a loyal base in Bandra, and we’re so glad that we can bring back the Mia Cucina experience. We’re bigger, allowing us to give the customers a better casual dining experience. And as always, our focus is on quality food with fresh and homemade ingredients, paired with good service.” says owner and chef Sanjay Kotian. "We wanted the place to have happy vibes along with great food says" Annu Paul Basab.
The authentic kitchen which is head by creative chef Sanjay Kotian and head chef Nehal Karkera, promises to offer an interesting spread from salads to stone baked pizzas, homemade pastas, meats braised in signature wines and char-grilled fish. Some of the contributions from the very Italian menu are Insalata Gorgonzola, Pizza Quattro Formaggio, Zucchini Ripiene, Pollo alla Griglia, Tonno Fresco al Pomodori and Italian Sodas to go along with it. One can also enjoy on various signature cocktails and bar drinks after a long day at work.
